Meet Kevin Ota, the Principal Broker/Owner of Ota Realty Consultants, LLC. Kevin's passion for real estate ignited in 2005 at one of Honolulu's top firms, Marcus & Associates, Inc. Rising through the ranks, he became a Vice President of the Residential Division, showcasing his versatility by selling everything from entry level town homes to being part of a select team that sold a $400 million-dollar Kakaako development. In 2018, Kevin formed Ota Realty Consultants, LLC.

Kevin's clients point to his energy and passion for real estate, as well as his attention to detail as traits they most appreciate. Kevin's philosophy is simple. "Any real estate transaction in Hawaii is a big deal, and I treat it that way. I am so humbled when a client either elects to work with me, repeats business with me, or refers me to their friends and family. My mission is to ensure that every client has a positive experience, and at the same time achieve and enjoy the success that comes along with making informed decisions in real estate investments."

Beyond his real estate expertise, Scott is a successful small business owner, having operated "Ohana Daze" in Mililani Mauka for over 15 years.

Meet David Yoshida, a dedicated professional with deep roots on the island of Oahu. A local through and through, David graduated from Iolani School and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Hawaii, complemented by a post-baccalaureate in secondary education from Chaminade University. Leveraging his background in teaching, David excels as a communicator, ensuring his clients understand the intricacies of buying and selling real estate.
In 2000, David purchased his first home in Mililani Mauka. Witnessing its value double by 2009, he recognized the potential of real estate investment. This realization led him to become a licensed agent in 2010, driven not only by his desire to expand his real estate portfolio but also to help others achieve the same success. Since then, David has assisted numerous families, friends, and referred clients in acquiring their first, second, and even third homes on Oahu. Complementing his residential ventures, David has made strategic investments, acquiring properties in 2017 and 2022.
While David is adept at assisting everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, his niche lies in real estate probate court sales. Collaborating with attorneys, he has successfully navigated the intricacies of selling both single-family homes and condominiums, showcasing his expertise in this specialized market segment.
